  1. Start out by grinding your coffee beans. You’ll need 2 ½ tablespoons of freshly ground coffee. to brew 1 cup (8-12 ounces) of coffee. To get the most out of the beans (and for the most flavour), use a French Press.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of MCT oil. You can work your way up to 1-2 tablespoons over a few days.
  3. Add 1-2 tablespoons of your grass-fed butter (make sure it’s unsalted). If you are lactose-intolerant, use grass-fed ghee.
  4. Put it all in a blender and mix it up for 20-30 seconds until it becomes a frothy latte.
  5. Become superhuman. (You’ll be amazed at how tasty and creamy this coffee really is.)

Note: It’s important that you don’t add any sugar, honey, or sweetener to the coffee. It will affect your blood sugar levels that prevent you from burning fat.
